All platform data is processed and stored within United States infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest). Access to production systems is restricted by role-based controls and all access is logged.

Data Retention

Account and financial data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and deleted upon written request. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Audit logs are retained as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.
